As I was perusing Twitter last night I noticed a bunch of retweets from @DeadOpoly<\/a>. It seems that someone went ahead and created the Grateful Dead edition of Monopoly. Which makes sense, since you can add -opoly to the end of anything nowadays and create a game out of it. Ghettoopoly<\/a>\"\" and Redneckopoly<\/a>\"\" only serve as evidence of this board game phenomenon.<\/p>\n

Anyways, the game is naturally titled Grateful Deadopoly<\/a>\"\" and copies are selling on Amazon for $34.99. I have to say they did a decent job with this, check out the photos below for some of the “chance” cards and other shots of the board itself.\u00a0 This may not end up on my Christmas list, but I’d be excited as hell if I actually got it.\u00a0 My friends and family who would be forced to play this all of Christmas weekend would likely not be as amused…<\/p>\n
