I spent the evening downloading two infamous Phish shows from 1994. I have some links to the torrents for those of you who want to download them. Both are darn good quality and classic shows.<\/p>\n

The first show<\/strong> is June 26, 1994, commonly referred to as GameHoist, since the entire first set was a full Gamehenge followed by the second set, which was a full runthrough of the album, Hoist, minus Riker’s Mailbox. The entire first set is really a little audio journey, and it’s definitely not your average Phish show. Check out the setlist:<\/p>\n

Show Notes: This show is commonly referred to as “Game Hoist.” The first set was the Gamehendge saga, including narration between songs. The second set was the entire Hoist album, save Riker’s Mailbox. This show marked the first performance of The Old Home Place, the first complete Gamehendge since March 22, 1993, the first Yerushalayim Shel Zahav since July 24, 1993 (88 shows) and the first Tube since April 12, 1993 (118 shows). Divided Sky included Wipeout teases.<\/p>\n

The second show<\/strong> is the more commonly known Halloween 1994 (10-31-1994 duh), which featured a complete cover of the entire two discs of the White Album, by The Beatles. Weighing in at a beastly four discs, this show went from about 11pm to after 3:30am.<\/p>\n

Show Notes: Harpua included the Vibrations of Life and Death, and a War Pigs tease. In a classic Halloween tease, a Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon tease (the heartbeats from Speak to Me) was pumped through the P.A. at the beginning of the second set, before a clip from The Ed Sullivan Show coming on and introducing the band as “The Beatles.”<\/p>\n
